William Charles Harrod, age 81, of Oswego, IL died Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.
Bill was born December 16, 1930 in Morris, IL the son of the late Horace H and Thelma nee Carlson Harrod. Bill was a member of the Oswego Presbyterian Church, NMLRA, NRA and the Aurora Sportsman Club formerly in Sugar Grove, IL.
Bill is survived by his wife Ann M nee Shuler Harrod, two daughters Kathy Harrod of Forest Park, IL, Janice (Bob) Lenius of Oswego, IL, William (Suzanne) Harrod of Batavia, IL; two grandchildren Kelsey David and Kalia Lenius; a sister Phyllis (Bryce) Anderson of Morris, IL, a brother Douglas (Kate) Harrod of Genoa City, WI; also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by an infant brother. Private family service was held and burial took place at Lincoln Memorial Park.
