Jersey Mike's Fox Chase Benefit

This  is  not  your  normal  fundraising  flier! Jersey Mike's Subs is  offering  Fox  Chase  Elementary  School   $1.00 for  each  Regular  sub  that  is  purchased  on Monday,  February  13th  between  10  am  and  9  pm!  In addition, Jersey Mike's is  going  to  provide  the  classroom that  has  the  highest  percentage  of   participation  a free lunch  the  following  week!  All  of  the  proceeds  will  be credited  towards  the  Fathers Forum.  

All  you  need  to  do  is  fill  out  the  form  attached to this announcement,  specify  which  class  your  child  is  in,  and  remember  to  turn  in   the  form  at  the  time of  purchase;  if  you  have  multiple  children  they  will  all receive  credit.  We  encourage   you  to  please  place  your order  online  at  www.jerseymikessubs.com  or  over  the phone  at  630.554.2993   to  avoid  additional  wait.  If you  place  your  order  on  line  or  over  the  phone please  allow  ample  time  to   pick  up  your  order.
