Feedback Wanted On New Entertainment Venue: Village
From 4-7 p.m. July 1, residents can view site plans and comment on the multiple design proposals for the new amphitheater.
OSWEGO, IL — The village said in a release Wednesday that it will host an open house to attain feedback on a new entertainment venue planned for Station Drive.
From 4-7 p.m. July 1 at the Oswego Village Hall, residents will be able to view site plans and view and comment on multiple design proposals for the amphitheater, as well as ask questions about the proposed venue.
The park will be located on the north end of Station Drive, near the Park 'N' Ride lot and future Metra station, on Oswego’s west side. It will include an amphitheater to be used as a community amenity for concerts, festivals and local performing arts groups, as well as green space open to the community.

Social distancing precautions will be in place, and residents are asked to wear face masks inside.
Residents will also be able to view exhibits, submit comments, and ask questions online prior to and following the open house here.
