OSWEGO, IL — A fight broke out between a few teenagers Saturday night at PrairieFest, resulting in two boys from Plainfield and Yorkville being issued tickets, Oswego officials said.

Police were dispatched to the festival, which ran from June 12-15 primarily at 91 Plank Drive, at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday after boys got into a brawl in the carnival area. Police spokesperson Cathy Nevara told Patch that about 100 kids were in the area at the time.

Officers were able to separate the boys involved and ordered them removed from the festival grounds.
