Three 18-year-old men and a juvenile all are charged with at least one count of burglary to a motor vehicle and are at various stages in the criminal justice system, according to Oswego Police media relations officer Rob Sherwood.
- Altonte G. Smith, 18, 8 Birchwood Court, Montgomery, was charged July 30 and is facing eight counts.

While on patrol in these neighborhoods two days after the burglaries, police stopped a car for a traffic violation and found several items belonging to victims, according to Sherwood. All 18 vehicles robbed were left unlocked at the time of the burglaries. This brings the months-long investigation to a close, Sherwood said.
