Irate Customer Waves Gun, Threatens Oswego Store Employee

OSWEGO, IL — Oswego police are searching for a man accused of waving a handgun and threatening an employee at a business late Friday. Police said the man was an "irate customer" who made threats and waved a gun around outside the store. A 7-Eleven store is located at the location at 2 Merchants Drive.

Police said the suspect is described as a black male, estimated to be about 40 years old. He was wearing blue jean shorts, a white shirt with a black basketball jersey and a black hat.

He was last seen heading north on Douglas Road in a red SUV at around 10:49 p.m.
