Woman Charged In Connection With Fox Township Stabbing
Ruth Spaeth, 25, is in custody as of Monday, facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — A woman is in custody following a stabbing that took place Sunday on Millington Road in unincorporated Fox Township, police said.
According to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, 25-year-old Ruth Spaeth is facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated domestic battery, unlawful use of weapons, and resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Sheriff's officers were called to Millington and Finnie roads at 7:25 a.m. Sunday for a male who had been stabbed. He received treatment at Morris Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Police said their investigation determined a disturbance had taken place prior to the incident and a small knife had been used.

Spaeth was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail. She is currently being held there awaiting a bond hearing later Monday.
