Kendall County DUI Arrests: Dec. 22
A look at recent driving under the influence charges.

Oswego
Dec. 16 Jennifer R. Romero, 32, of the 100 block of Tealwood, Montgomery, was arrested at 2:52 am. At Boulder Hill Pass and Sedgewick, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Oswego police. Romero was also charged with speeding and no insurance.
Dec. 10 Kaily K. Deblock, 37, of the 0-99 block of Durango Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on Dec. 10 at Routes 34 and 71, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said the Kendall County Sheriff's office. Deblock was found asleep in the left turn lane at the intersection of Route 34 and 71 with her car running and in drive.
Montgomery
Dec. 15 Brenda Gutierrez, 26, of the 700 block of Benton Street, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she was found parked on the shoulder of the road in the driver’s seat Dec. 15 in the 2000 block of Aucutt Road, Montgomery police said. Reports state she was also charged with transportation of open alcohol.

Dec. 12 Adonai Chapol, 28, of the 2900 block of North Sacramento, Chicago, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for a defective windshield at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 12 at Jericho and Orchard roads, police said. Reports state Chapol was charged with two counts of aggravated DUI, defective windshield, improper turn, driving while license is suspended, and illegal transportation.
