Kendall County Sheriff's Office Modernizing Sheriff Sales Process

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is announcing an important update regarding how Sheriff Sales are conducted. Effective July 1, 2025, the Sheriff’s Office will be transitioning all Sheriff Sales online, utilizing the Roup online auction platform.

Current in-person sales will proceed as planned. All sales on or before June 30th, 2025, will take place in person. All sales scheduled on or after July 1st, 2025, must use the online platform.
