2022-0444, Criminal Damage to State Supported Property: On 02/09/22 at 8:55 a.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Courthouse for a report of a disturbance. After investigation, Zane Dannenberg, a 28-year-old male from the 12000 block of U.S. Route 34 in Plano, was taken into custody for criminal damage to state supported property.  Dannenberg was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2022-0445, Harassment via Electronic Communication: On 02/09/22 at 9:11 a.m., deputies responded to the 6000 block of Southfield Lane in Oswego Township for a report of harassment via electronic communication. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0453, Violation of an Order of Protection: On 02/09/22 at approximately 9:52 pm, deputies located a suspicious vehicle in the 0-99 block of Winrock Road in Oswego Township.  The driver, Luis F. Roman, a 22-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way in Montgomery, was found to be in violation of an order of protection that he is listed as the respondent in.  Roman was arrested for violation of an order of protection and transported to Kendall County Corrections for processing.

 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
