2022-0493, No Valid Driver’s License: On 021222 at 9:53am, Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle for driving 45mph in a 25mph zone in the area of Boulder Hill Pass and Circle Drive East, Oswego Township. The driver was found to be Marisela Arambula, a 54-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Seneca Road, Montgomery. Arambula was cited for operating a vehicle with no valid driver’s license and for speeding. She was released on her own recognizance.

2022-0493, No Valid Driver’s License

2022-0494 Identity Theft: On 021222 at 10:38am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Creve Court in Oswego Township for a report of identity theft. The incident is under investigation. 

2022-0495, Warrant Arrest: On 021222 at 12:07pm, Sheriff’s Deputies proceeded to the 1800 block of Countryview Drive, Oswego Township, and arrested 52-year-old Christine Zwart for a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for retail theft. Zwart was taken into custody without incident and her bond was set at $3,000 * 10 %.

2022-0496, Criminal Damage to Property: On 021222 at 3:12pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 100 Block of Hillstone Road in Oswego Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The incident is under investigation. 

2022-0497, Harassment by Electronic Means: On 021222 at 5:10pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hunter Drive, Oswego Township, for a report of harassment by electronic means. The incident is under investigation.

2022-0498, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration/ No Valid Driver’s License: On 02/12/22 at 6:14 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 34 and Route 47 in Bristol Township for suspended registration. During the investigation, it was learned that the driver, Wendy Vargas, a 45-year-old female from the 600 block of Foli Street in Plano, did not possess a valid driver’s license. Vargas was cited for no driver’s license and operating a vehicle with suspended registration and released on a recognizance bond.

2022-0502, No Valid Driver’s License: On 02/12/22 at 8:56 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Sheffield Rd near Saugatuck Rd in Oswego Township for a moving violation. Annabel Marks, a 23-year-old female from the 200 block of Walnut Rd in St Charles, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license. Marks was issued a recognizance bond and released.

2022-0503, No Valid Driver’s License / Unlawful Transportation of Cannabis: On 02/12/22 at 8:43 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on McHugh RD near RT 34 in Bristol Township for speeding. Donnisha T Ford, a 27-year-old female from the 1000 block of Bellwood AVE in Bellwood was cited for driving with no driver’s license, unlawful transportation of cannabis, operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding and expired registration. Ford was released on a recognizance bond.

2022-0504, No Valid Driver’s License: On 02/12/22 at 10:25 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Douglas Rd near Bluegrass Pkwy in Oswego for no registration. Jose Avendano, a 31-year-old male from the 5300 block of Hermitage St in Chicago, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and no registration. Avendano was issued a recognizance bond and released.
