2022-0509, Warrant Arrest: On 021322 at 11:32am, Sheriff's Deputies were patrolling in the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township when they made contact with Erick Ruiz, a 21-year-old male from the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego. Ruiz was wanted on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for resisting a peace officer. Ruiz was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.  

2022-0510, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis: On 02/13/22 at 10:02 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Cannonball TRL and RT 34 in Bristol Township for an equipment violation. Alexander M Alvarado, a 19-year-old male from the 400 block of E. Lee st, Plano and a male juvenile were charged with unlawful possession of cannabis.

2022-0511, Speeding 26-35 Over the Speed Limit: On 02/13/22 at 10:32 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 near Mill Road in Oswego Township for speeding. Rosalio Aguirre-Rodriguez, a 21-year-old male from the 600 block of Fourth Avenue in Aurora, was cited for speeding 76 mph in a 45 mph zone. Aguirre-Rodriguez was issued a recognizance bond and released.
