2022-0437, Aggravated Battery: On 02/08/22 at 11:24am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Public Safety Center for a report of a battery which occurred at the Kendall County Jail.  The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0437, Aggravated Battery:

2022-0438, Identity Theft: On 020822 at 1:23pm, Sheriff’s Deputies received a report of identity theft in the 0-99 block of Codorus Road, Oswego Township. The incident is under investigation.

2022-0441, Identity Theft: On 02/08/22 at 6:16 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Shermead Road in Oswego Township for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2022-0442, Aggravated Battery: On 02/09/22 at 12:01 a.m., deputies responded to a report of aggravated battery in the Kendall County Jail in Bristol Township. After investigation, Robert S. Barwicki, a 51-year-old male from the 400 block of Ogden Falls Blvd. in Oswego Township, was charged for aggravated battery of a Corrections Deputy. Barwicki was already in custody at the Kendall County Jail.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
