Letter to the Editor: We Need New Ideas, People on Oswego Village Board

We need some new ideas on our Village Board.

Compare our downtown to Plainfield’s. Oswego had willing developers that would clean up that awful looking lumber yard and some members of our board felt they were asking too much and other investors would surface. Where are those other investors? That lumber yard is an eyesore.  Meanwhile Plainfield has a beautiful downtown that people flock to on summer nights. 

I have known Amanda Mancke for some time now. She has new ideas and new energy our community needs. Amanda Mancke is committed to bringing new business to our downtown and community. Everyone should vote for Amanda Mancke on April 5 for Village Board. We need new ideas and new people.
