Lisle Man Charged In Oswego Home Invasion, Sexual Assault: Police
The man entered the victim's residence on March 16 and committed sexual assault, according to police, who said the man knew the victim.

OSWEGO, IL — After an eight-month investigation by Oswego police, a Lisle man was arrested and charged with three felonies for sexually assaulting someone after trespassing a home, officials alleged.
Larry E. Foster, 31, of the 4600 block of Winward Court, is facing two counts of criminal sexual assault and one count of criminal trespass to a residence relating to a March 16 incident.
Officials said the victim reported to police that an unknown man entered the residence around 10 p.m. without consent and committed sexual assault. The victim said the man left before officers arrived, and surveillance video showed him inside the home.

Detectives released surveillance video stills to the public to identify the man, but it was later forensic evidence recovered from the scene that helped reveal Foster's identity, according to a news release.
Officials later learned Foster knew the victim.
The three felony charges against Foster were approved by the Kendall County State's Attorney's Office, and a judge issued a warrant on Nov. 22 for the man's arrest.

Oswego police apprehended Foster without incident at his Lisle residence at 6:24 a.m. Nov. 23. He was booked at the Oswego Police Department and later taken to the Kendall County jail to await a pre-trial hearing, which was scheduled for 8 a.m. Monday.
