Mexican Restaurant Takes Over Former Tap House Grill Space In Oswego
It'll be the restaurant's sixth location in the Chicagoland area.
OSWEGO, IL — A new restaurant specializing in tacos is moving into the space formerly housing Tap House Grill in downtown Oswego.
Taco Dale Cantina is working on the buildout process at 123 Washington St. — where Tap House Grill has been closed since Feb. 24 — with the hope to open by early August, according to a Facebook post from the Village of Oswego.
The Mexican restaurant is owned by restauranteur Ilda Rodriguez, who also operates locations in Aurora, Batavia, Bolingbrook, Lisle and Romeoville.

Taco Dale's extensive menu features the classics, including tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, birria and several platters. Breakfast is served all day, and breakfast tacos are also an option at dinnertime, according to the restaurant's online menu.
