New Correctional Deputy Joins Kendall County Sheriff's Office Team
The new deputy will partake in an eight-week correctional officer training program before completing 11 weeks of field training.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office has hired a new deputy to fill a vacancy in the Correctional Division. Robert Ramiar was sworn in on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, by Undersheriff Bobby Richardson.
Deputy Ramiar will be attending the eight-week Correctional Officer Training program at the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office Training Academy which will begin on January 24th. In the meantime, he will be participating in an office acclimation phase, and upon completion of the training academy, he will be paired with experienced field training officers for a rigorous 11-week field training program.

Deputy Ramiar attended the College of DuPage and Lewis University and worked as a manager at Office Depot prior to joining the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
