Armed Robbery Strikes Oswego-Area Store: Kendall Sheriff
A weapon was implied but not displayed in the armed robbery, investigators said.
OSWEGO, IL — An adult entertainment bookstore in unincorporated Oswego Township was the setting of an armed robbery after 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
No injuries were reported in the incident at Lover’s Playground, located in the 1300 block of Route 30.
Deputies were called to the store following reports of the armed robbery where a weapon was implied but not displayed, officials said.

The sheriff’s office described the suspect as a man who was wearing a green flannel shirt, tan cargo shorts, a black hat and a red face covering. He is believed to have fled the area in an unknown car.
The incident remains under investigation.
