Oswego Police Investigating Sexual Assault

are investigating a criminal sexual assault reported in the first block of Park Street early Saturday morning.

Police said the victim, a 19-year-old Yorkville woman, was treated and released from Rush-Copley Medical Center. A search warrant of the home was executed early Sunday morning and two people were arrested on unrelated charges.

Allison Boehm, 20, of Aurora, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Coy Pergeson, 31, of 46 Park St., was charged on a failure to appear warrant.  Another resident of the home also was taken in by police Monday morning. Nicole Casner, 20, was charged on a failure to appear warrant.

No one has been charged with the sexual assault, according to police, but the investigation continues.
