Oswego Township Resident Charged With Aggravated Battery: Sheriff

Christine T. Earnest was also charged with resisting arrest and domestic battery​ on Wednesday, Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office reported.

OSWEGO, IL — A 28-year-old woman from Oswego Township was charged with two counts of aggravated battery, resisting arrest and domestic battery on Wednesday, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's deputies arrested Christine T. Earnest, of the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, while completing a well-being check at her residence. Police said Earnest was also found to be wanted on a Kendall County warrant for violation of an order of protection.

She was transported to the Kendall County Jail pending court proceedings.
