A 17-year-old Montgomery girl was charged with battery around 9 a.m. at Oswego High School, according to Oswego police reports. No other information was given.

A cell phone was reported stolen at Oswego East High School at about 8 p.m., according to an Oswego police report. The phone was valued at less than $300.
Disorderly conduct

An 11-year-old Aurora boy was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault around noon at 61 Franklin St., according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.
Marijuana possession
A 12-year-old Plainfield boy was charged with possession of marijuana at about 2 p.m. at Traughber Junior High. No other information was available.

DUI
Alex Rosa-Cruz, 38, of 517 Meadow Wood Lane, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence and disobeying a stop sign at about 12:30 a.m. at Station Drive and Lewis Street, according to police. He was given a March 9 court date.

Disorderly conduct
Two juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct around 4 p.m. at 61 Franklin St., Oswego police said. Both were released to their parents.
