Dshon M. Lee, 20, 32 Hamilton Road, Montgomery, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:10 p.m. in the 3400 block of Orchard Road, police said.

Car burglaries

- Someone stole a credit card from an unlocked vehicle at an unknown time in the 400 block of Windsor Drive, police said. Reports state the credit card was then used by the suspect.
- A satellite radio receiver was stolen from a vehicle at an unknown time in the 200 block of Ashcroft Lane, police said. Reports state the value of the receiver is $125.

Power tools stolen
Several power tools, valued at $1,680, were stolen between 1:30 p.m. July 17 and 6:15 a.m. July 18 in the first block of West Washington Street, police said.
