Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 11:36 p.m.in the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The incident is under investigation.

Criminal sexual assault

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Kendall County Public Safety Center at 4:34 p.m. for a report of a criminal sexual assault that had occurred in February in Oswego Township. The incident is under investigation.

Traffic crash with injury

Sheriff’s deputies were notified at 2:37 a.m. of a traffic crash with injury that occurred at 1:30 a.m. in the 16000 block of Walker Road in Fox Township. The driver, Tanner Brummel, 22, of the 2900 block of North 4201st Road, Sheridan sought medical attention at Rush Copley Medical Center in Yorkville for injuries that were not life-threatening. No citations were issued.

June 12

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 8:14 p.m.for a report of a battery at Route 126 and Schlapp Road in Na-Au-Say Township. After investigation, Tyler Moss, 23, of the 800 block of Oneida Street, Joliet, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property and battery. Moss was transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.

Telephone threats

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 5:43 p.m.in the 1100 block of Cornell Lane in Yorkville for a report of threats by telephone. The investigation continues.

Identity theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 6:17 p.m. n the 0-99 block of Paddock Street in Boulder Hill for a report of identity theft. The investigation continues.
