Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at about 7:08 p.m. in the 100 block of Delores Street in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. There were no injuries and the incident is under investigation.
June 7
DUI
Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 9:17 p.m. in the area of Holt Road near Ridge Road in reference to a report of a vehicle being parked in the middle of the roadway. After investigation, Michael Smith, 44, of the 100 block of Park Ave, Morris, was arrested for driving under the influence. Smith was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
Warrant arrest
A sheriff's deputy at 9:13 a.m. June 7 arrived at a residence on the 700 block of West Rock Street in Plano for the purpose of service of court papers. The deputy discovered Christina M. Moreno, 37, of the 700 block of West Rock Street, Plano, was wanted on a DeKalb County warrant for theft. Bond was set at $3,000, with 10 percent to apply. Moreno was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 8:01 p.m. in the 100 block of Rick Court in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.
Identity theft
Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 1:01 p.m. June 4 in the 170 block of Dolores Street in unincorporated Oswego Township for a report of an identity theft. The incident is under investigation.
