Recliner struck
An Oswego man was involved in a single-car accident Monday after he hit a recliner that was in the middle of the street at Grove and Collins roads at about 8:50 p.m., according to an report. The man was not injured, but his car sustained more than $500 in damage, police said.

Paraphernalia possession

Tracy Noehle, 22, of 407 Joseph Court, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday at Old Post Road and Gloria, according to an Oswego police report. He was given an Oct. 25 court date.

The skate park at Chesterfield Park again was tagged with graffiti sometime before 10 a.m. Sunday, according to an Oswego police report.
Saturday, Oct. 1
Battery
Maribel Villalpando, 31, of 401 Monroe St., Oswego, was charged with battery at about 4:35 p.m. Saturday, according to an Oswego police report. She was given a Nov. 8 court date.
Graffiti on a business
A business at 4050 Wolf Road reported to Oswego police that graffiti was painted on the business’ door sometime before 9:45 a.m. Saturday. Police continue to investigate the incident.
Friday, Sept. 30
DUI
Peter A. Keller, of 203 Angela Circle, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding in a school zone at about 2:10 p.m. Friday at Boulder Hill Pass and Route 34, according to an Oswego police report. He was given an Oct. 21 court date.
