Harassment via electronic communication
At 2:58 p.m., deputies responded to the 10000 block of Immanuel Road in Kendall Township for a report of harassment via electronic communication. The investigation is ongoing.

Aug. 24
Traffic Crash with Injury

At 7:12 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries at 6000 Minkler Road. Felipe N. Chavez, 53, from the 1200 block of South Union Street in Aurora, was transported to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora by Bristol-Kendall EMS for non-life-threatening injuries.
Aug. 22
Well-Being Check
Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a check the well-being in the area of River Road and Fox River Drive in Little Rock Township. Contact was made with Hollie M. England, 44, from the 1100 block of Canal Street, Ottawa, who was wanted on a DuPage County original warrant for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. England was issued a personal recognizance bond and released on the scene at the request of DuPage County.
Battery
Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a battery in the 9000 block of Route 34, Bristol Township. During the investigation Clinton Cluchey II, 35, from the 9000 block of Route 34, Yorkville was arrested for battery. Cluchey was transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.
Aug. 21
Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts
Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East in Oswego Township for a reported theft of motor vehicle parts. The investigation is ongoing.
Rollover Accident
Deputies responded to Route 47 and Lisbon Center Road for a rollover accident. Alexa Robison, 21, from the 400 block of Second Ave. in S. Wilmington, was transported to an area hospital by Bristol-Kendall EMS for non-life threatening injuries. The initial investigation indicates Robison was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of traffic on Route 47 and struck a vehicle that was traveling northbound causing Robison’s vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn. Robison was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Robison was released on a personal recognizance bond at the hospital. The other involved driver was not injured and released by EMS on scene.
Aug. 19
Domestic Battery
At approximately 7:59 p.m., deputies responded to the 100-150 block of Garden Drive, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. After the investigation, James E. Cowell, 62, from the 100-150 block of Garden Drive, Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Cowell was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
