DUI, marijuana possession

Joseph Krev, 20, 3884 Court, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday at Douglas and Maple streets, according to an Oswego Police report. A passenger in Krev’s car, Jessica Lobraco, 19, also of Aurora, also was charged with marijuana possession, the report said. Both were given June 24 court dates.

Retail theft

Kerry Smith, 33, of North Aurora, was charged with felony retail theft at about 5:20 p.m. Tuesday at the Oswego Meijer, according to an Oswego Police report. Smith is accused of stealing about $442 worth of merchandise, the report said.

Monday, May 23

Marijuana possession

• An Oswego juvenile was charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana at about 10 a.m. Monday at Oswego High School, according to an Oswego Police report. The juvenile was released to the parents.

• Alan Duangdara, 19, 328 Beaver Crossing, Oswego, and Chase Schwertfeger, 19 404 Highland Court, Oswego, were charged with marijuana possession at about 12:30 p.m. Monday at 4542 Route 71, according to an Oswego Police report. Schwertfeger was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, the report said. Both were given June 10 court dates.

Wednesday, May 18

DUI

Ryan M. Pitterele, 30, of the 100 block of Canterbury Court, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and no plate light at about midnight May 18 near his home, according to an Oswego Police report. Pitterele was given a July 1 court date.
