Domestic battery

Therese Ang, 31, of 388 Chesapeake Lane in Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 11 p.m. Monday at 2410 Route 34, according to an report. She was given a Dec. 14 court date.

Theft

Venecia Sucuson, 27, of Aurora, was charged with theft of more than $300 at about 6 p.m. Monday at Walmart, according to an Oswego police report. A court date was not available.

Saturday, Nov. 26

Unlawful consumption

Robert Larsen, 19, of 100 Washington St., Oswego, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and not having a headlight on his bicycle when required about 3 a.m. Saturday at routes 31 and 34, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a Jan. 6 court date.

Battery           

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office reported an Oswego man was too drunk to remember what happened when he was jumped at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Collins Road. The victim had been at a party in the area when two to three individuals beat him, according to reports.

Friday, Nov. 25

DUI

An Oswego teen was charged with driving under the influence after being involved in a hit-and-run accident in Plainfield at about 3:20 a.m. Friday, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Jesse Strohm, 18, the 400 block of Pottawatomie Road, was stopped at Schlapp and Cherry roads and also charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Thursday, Nov. 24

Domestic battery

Robert Franklin, 19, of 777 Huntington Drive in Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 11:10 p.m. Thursday at Route 34 and Fifth Street, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a Dec. 9 court date.

DUI, resisting police

Jason Messick, 32 of Lee Center, IL, was charged with driving under the influence, two counts of obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer at about midnight Thursday at Farmington Lakes and Heritage drives, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a Dec. 23 court date.
