KENDALL COUNTY, IL — A vehicle that has been reported stolen could be connected to an earlier accident, according to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 16000 block of Quarry Road in Lisbon Township for a report of a vehicle stolen from the driveway of a residence. Police said it could be related to the earlier hit-and-run and a subsequent search for Clarence M. Otis, who is wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred in Canton on Thursday.

The stolen vehicle is a white 2000 Buick Park Avenue with Illinois registration R209671. Police said the vehicle theft occurred at approximately 3:34 a.m. on Friday.
