Requirements for All OEHS Athletes For Fall Sports
All students must have a current athletic physical.

The following release was issued by the Oswego East Athletic Department:
Any student interested in trying out for or participating in any sport at Oswego East High School MUST have the following items completed/turned in to the Athletic Office prior to August 14.
1. Complete athletic registration online: go to oswegoeast.8to18.com

2. Turn in a current athletic physical OR a copy of your freshman physical to the Athletic Office. All physicals are good for 395 days (which is 12 months + 30 days) from the date it was taken.
3. $75 Athletic User Fee will be due once the teams have been selected.

ALL Fall sports will begin on August 14:
- Football
- Girls Volleyball
- Boys Soccer
- Girls Tennis
- Golf
- Boys/Girls Cross Country
- Girls Swimming & Diving (co-op with OHS)
The Athletic Office will be open on August 7th from 8am-12pm and 4pm-7pm so parents can drop off their student’s physical.
Sports physicals will also be available for walk-in appointments for 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades from 8am to 12pm (must be checked in by 11:45am) on August 7.
Sports physicals DO NOT replace the REQUIRED incoming 9th grade physical. Incoming freshmen may use their 9th grade physical for athletics. Please be sure to give the Athletic Office a copy of your 9th grade physical.
Cost is $25 with all proceeds going back to OEHS Sports Medicine.
A parent/guardian signature is required to complete the physical. You can send your athlete with a signed physical form available on www.ihsa.org if your prefer.
Physicals will be provided by OEHS team physician Dr. Paras of Castle Orthopedics and ATI Physical Therapy.
