Gang graffiti was found spray-painted on the road near Marnel Road and Chatham Drive in Oswego Township at about 9 a.m. Thursday, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report.

Evan Mosby, 20, of Aurora was charged with attempting to elude police after leading Kendall County Sheriff’s police on a chase through Oswego Township Wednesday, according to a sheriff’s office report. Police initiated a traffic stop at Route 30 and Briarcliff Road and Mosby did not pull over until Douglas Road and Seasons Ridge Boulevard, the report said. He was also charged with improper lane usage., driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to yield turning left, failure to sign lane change, expired registration and no drivers license on person.

Drunken driving

Alexander Moreno, 21, of the 5000 block of Bluestem Court in Oswego, was charged with drunken driving after police found him asleep at the wheel at 5:45 a.m. Sunday in a parking lot in the 1300 block of South Douglas Road, Montgomery police said. The car was running and the vehicle in gear, police said.

Domestic battery

Shelly Hoisington, 32, 1776 Route 30, Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 5 p.m. Sunday at the Route 30 Motel, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report.

Drunken driving

Jeffrey Parr, 40, of the 100 block of Bradford Street in Oswego, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 12:15 a.m. July 28 on Orchard Road at Rochester Street, Montgomery police said.

Painting the town

A vandal sprayed graffiti on the edge of a driveway in the 0-99 block of Surrey Road in Boulder Hill sometime before 4:47 p.m. July 28, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.

The bicycle thief

A thief stole a bicycle from a driveway and an undetermined amount of cash from a vehicle parked in that driveway in the 0-99 block of Surrey Road in Boulder Hill sometime before 5:05 p.m. July 28, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
