Snapshot: Long Beach Students Complete Mitten Tree

Long Beach recently completed our annual Mitten Tree, hosted by our P.A.W.S. committee (Providing Assistance with A Smile) in conjunction with our school social worker, Brenda Gullickson. Families and staff at Long Beach picked mittens off of our tree and purchased 123 gifts for 41 Long Beach students. P.A.W.S. also provided 19 boxes of food to these families to make their holiday celebrations a little brighter. Shown here are Long Beach students holding just a few of the gifts ready to be delivered.
