Snapshot: OEHS Dance Team Raises Money for Make-A-Wish, State Bound

The dance team hosted the SPC Conference competition this past Sunday.
The team took first in 3A opendance, 3A lyrical and 2nd in 3A open pom. They received two state qualifications for open dance and lyrical and will be attending state in Peoria on March 4.
The team also used to the competition to help raise funds for Make-A-Wish. Teams at the competition donated money at the door, participated in a 50/50 raffle and competed in penny wars. Close to $2,000 was raised to help grant a wish for a suburban 7-year-old girl.
