On Dec. 5 Rear Admiral David F. Steindl, commander, Naval Service Training Command, presented student Elijah Page with a plaque as a 2011 Ted Brattin Civic Youth Award Winner at the 42nd Annual Pearl Harbor Day Memorial luncheon at the Gaslight Manor Banquet Hall.
