Snapshot: Team Oswego Takes Polar Plunge

The annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunge took place Sunday at at 's Loon Lake. A benefit for Special Olympics, the event raised about $78,000. Members of Team Oswego (made up of Oswego law enforcement personnel and family members) raised about $3,100.
