St. Patrick's Day Campaign Results Released By Kendall County Sheriff

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office targeted drunk driving and improper seat belt usage for more than a week surrounding St. Paddy's.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff's Office released Thursday evening the results of its St. Patrick's Day enforcement campaign targeting drunk driving and seat belt usage.

Between March 7-18, deputies issued seven citations and made one driving-under-the-influence-related arrest, officials said.

“If you’re under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any other substance, don’t drive,” Undersheriff Bobby Richardson said in a statement. “It’s illegal, reckless, and endangers the lives of everyone on the road.”
