Monday, April 29
Domestic battery, criminal damage to property
- Kristine Diane Rogers, 43, of the 2300 block of Iroquois Lane, Yorkville, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. in the 100 block of Rocky Way, Montgomery, and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property, said the Sheriff’s office. Rogers punched the victim in the face after a verbal altercation and then damaged the victim’s vehicle parked outside, the sheriff's office said.
- Arick Jacob Freese, 30, of the 0-99 block of Earl Street, Plano, was arrested at 6;52 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Scarsdale Road, Oswego, and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. Freese was charged after he pushed his girlfriend twice down the stairs of the residence and charged with damage to property after punching and breaking a pexiglass window on the storm door of the house, the sheriff's office said.
Sunday, April 28
Warrant
Cory William Bryson, 19, of the 1900 block of Cantrell, Decatur, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. in the 3100 block of Bristol Ridge Road, Bristol, and charged with a warrant from the Illinois Department of Corrections, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Saturday, April 27
Unlawful possession of cannabis
Elliot Lovelle McGaughy Jr., 18, of the 1400 block of Light Road, Oswego, and a male juvenile, 17, were arrested at 12:18 a.m. at Route 31 and Dolores Road and charged with the unlawful possession of cannabis, said the Sheriff’s office. McGaughy, the driver, was also cited for improper lighting, failure to signal and no driver’s license on person.

Warrant
Mark A. Huettner, 26, of the 0-90 block of Parkway, Yorkville, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. in the 0-90 block of Parkway, Yorkville and charged with an in state warrant out of Kendall County for domestic battery, said the Sheriff’s office.
Friday, April 26
DUI, excessive speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol
Dimitrius L. Williams, 25, of the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. at Route 31 and West Anchor Drive, Oswego, and charged with driving under the influence, speeding 84 mph in a 45mph zone (speeding 30+ over limit), and the illegal transportation of alcohol, said the Sheriff’s office.
Criminal damage to property
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported criminal damage to property that occurred at 9:40 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive, Montgomery. A brick was thrown through the front window of a vehicle. There are no suspects.
Thursday, April 25
Criminal damage to property
- A female juvenile was charged at 6:41 p.m. in the 0-99 block of Winrock, Montgomery, with criminal damage to property, said the Sheriff’s office. The juvenile was found ripping shingles off a pool house building and was referred to the juvenile court system.
- An employee of a towing company went to a business in the 0-100 block of Wolf’s Crossing around 1 p.m. to conduct a vehicle repossession, said the Sheriff’s office. The employee took possession of the vehicle and the vehicle owner threw a landscape brick through the rear window of the vehicle. The driver declined to sign complaints and the vehicle owner compensated the towing company for the cost of the rear window.
Battery
- A male juvenile was charged at 7:50 p.m. at Heathgate and Springdale, Montgomery with battery after deputies learned the juvenile had battered another juvenile by punching him in the face. The juvenile was referred to the juvenile court system.
- Matthew M. Grogan, 46, of the 0-20 block of Maple Street, Yorkville, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said the Sheriff’s office.
Wednesday, April 24
Excessive speeding
Jonathan G. Butler, 18, of the 100 block of Burlington Street, Somonauk, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. at Route 30 and Briarcliff Road after deputies clocked him doing 78 mph in a 45 mph speed zone, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office. He received a citation for speeding in excess of 30 mph over the posted limit.
Burglary to motor vehicle
- Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred at an unknown time overnight in the 100 block of Harbor Drive, Oswego. Entry was reportedly gained to the vehicle by damaging the trunk lock and a stereo, valued at $400, and a GPS unit and radar detector, valued at $160 together, were stolen.
- Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a burglary to motor vehicle that occurred at an unknown time overnight in the 100 block of Harbor Drive. Entry was obtained by damaging the driver’s side door lock and a stereo, valued at $399, was reported stolen.
Tuesday, April 23
Warrant
A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East, Montgomery, and charged with a warrant out of Kane County, said the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.
Harassment by telephone
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported harassment by telephone that occurred at 6:01 p.m. The victim reported receiving 44 calls in 14 minutes from an estranged relative. The incident is under investigation.
