Video: Oswego Marks 10 Years of Healing

Thousands tour downtown Empty Shoe Memorial.

Thousands of people from across the Fox Valley came to Oswego Sunday to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

Oswego's Empty Shoe Memorial was open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and included nearly 3,000 pairs of shoes placed along Washington Street, a memorial at and the reading of the names off all who died.

The also held a dedication ceremony for a steel beam from the World Trade Center that will be permanently on display at Station One.
