Weapon Found On Man Who Reportedly Threw Drink At Bartender: Oswego PD
When police confronted the man, he provided a false name and date of birth. He was arrested and charged with obstructing a peace officer.
OSWEGO, IL — An alleged altercation Tuesday at Riverside Pizza & Pub led to a man being arrested and charged with obstructing a peace officer and unlawful possession of a weapon.
Officers were dispatched at 8:50 p.m. to the pizzeria at 1100 Douglas Road after a caller told police that Dustin W. Barlett, of Aurora, reportedly threw a drink at a bartender.
When police arrived, the 36-year-old man attempted to enter his car despite orders to stay out of it. He provided police with a false name and date of birth, prompting officers to arrest and charge him with two counts of obstructing a peace officer, spokesperson Cathy Nevara told Patch.

During a search, police found the man was in possession of brass knuckles. He was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.
Barlett was booked at the Oswego Police Department and released with a notice to appear in court.
