5-Month-Old Baby Injured After Wooden Boards Strike Car: Police
Miguel Gurrola Murg, of Aurora, was ticketed for driving a truck full of wooden boards that were not secured.
OSWEGO, IL — A 5-month-old baby was injured on Thursday in Oswego, when wooden boards fell off a pick-up truck and struck an SUV that was following behind it, the village police said.
The accident occurred at 12:21 p.m. on Route 30 near Kendall Point Drive and police said the baby — who was a passenger in the SUV — was transported to Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora with unknown injuries.
The driver of the pick-up truck, Miguel Gurrola Murga, 45, of Aurora, was charged with driving without a valid license and ticketed for spilling load on highway and for the load not being secured.

Murga later posted bond and was released pending an Oct. 27 court appearance, according to police.
