CHSD 230 Seeks Applicants To Fill Board Vacancy
The CHSD Board of Education will accept applications from district residents through Oct. 8.

ORLAND PARK, IL — Consolidated High School District 230 is accepting applications to fill a school board vacancy following the recent resignation of Nadine Sodaro, who resigned earlier this month citing personal reasons.
Residents living within the district boundaries interested in serving by temporary appointment must complete an application and meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a registered voter
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of appointment
- Resided with Dist. 230 boundaries for at last one year prior to applying
- Be legally eligible to hold the office

The selected candidate will serve on the Board until the April 2027 election. Applications are due by 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct, 8, 2025. Candidate interviews may be held in mid-October, with the final appointment to be made at the October 30, 2025, CHSD 230 Board of Education meeting.
