Team Lake Katherine Half-Marathon Kick Off Meeting

is teaming up with the First Midwest Bank Southwest Half Marathon and we need your help. We are seeking runners to participate in the May 1st run and
raise sponsorship to support Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanic Garden’s mission.

If you have never run in a half marathon before, or are looking for a reason to run this year, join us or recruit a friend to support us. When you sign up with “Team Lake Katherine” you will receive a technical t-shirt, water bottle, and will have the opportunity to participate in three group runs and three socials.

A kick off meeting will be held at Lake Katherine on February 8th at 6pm where additional information will be supplied. Gareth Blakesley, Natural Resources Manager, at Lake Katherine Nature Center and
Botanic Garden will be organizing the group as well as running in the half marathon.
