Palos 118 Foundation Donates $30,000 for New Classroom Displays
The donation will be used for the purchase and installation of new 70-inch interactive displays at Palos South Middle School.
The Palos 118 Educational Foundation recently made a $30,000 donation to Palos School District 118 for technology upgrades. The donation will be used for the purchase and installation of new 70-inch interactive displays at Palos South Middle School.
District 118 Educational Foundation treasurer Sheila Pacholski said that the parent/alumni volunteer organization raises funds to Fund Unfunded Needs in Palos School District 118. The Palos 118 Educational Foundation was established in 1998.
Dr. Anthony Scarsella, Palos School District 118’s Superintendent of Schools, thanked the Foundation for their donation which he said helps support student learning.

“Our Foundation continues to make strategic investments in enhancing teaching and learning in our schools and I know I speak for our many stakeholders when I say I am so grateful for their generosity,” said Dr. Scarsella.
