Palos Area Chamber Taps New President, Names Capri Member of the Year

PALOS, IL — The Palos Area Chamber of Commerce inducted its new board of directors for 2023 last month. Todd Probasco will take over as the chamber’s 71st president.

"I grew up in Palos Heights, and I am thrilled to serve the chamber and our community,” Probasco said in a news release. The Palos area is a special place. We have an incredible community to live, work and play in, and we need to remember to shop local and support our businesses whenever we can."

Capri Ristorante Italiano, 12307 S Harlem Ave., Palos Heights, was awarded the member of the year for the restaurant’s help and support to the chamber in 2022.

The Palos Area Chamber hosts many business networking events and community fundraisers throughout the year. The chamber focuses on advancing economic, professional, cultural and civic welfare within the Palos community.
