It always starts off slow. First one pint-size witch approaches your door eager to fill her plastic pumpkin with candy. Then more kids start to trickle by. Before you know it you are swarmed, opening and closing the door with such frequency that your evening turns into a blur of painted faces, plastic masks and bite-sized Snickers bars.  To give you a better idea of when you can expect the ghoulish candy grabbers, I put together a list of local trick-or-treating times.
