The Palos Hills restaurant is hosting an outdoor cook out and party with live music, inflatable slides for kids, a dunk tank and more.
"We're just enjoying the day with family and friends and saying thanks for 40 years," said owner Dennis Ristucci. "We look forward to 40 more."
