What’s Happening at the Palos Heights Public Library This Week?
The library will teach folks how to use iPhones and iPads without constantly asking their children where to find the "on" button.

Family should support each other.
But there comes a time where the adults have to take the training wheels off our smartphones and tablets, braving risks of changing the language setting to Portuguese and other unexpected functions.
The Palos Heights Public Library is offering a transition to the training wheel removal with an iPhone and iPad class. Tech Specialist Jack Waddick will lead the interactive class, with live demonstrations, examples of useful apps to add to devices, a question-answer sesion and the promise of “no technical mumbo jumbo,” according to the event listing.
