Zoning Board Of Appeals And Historic Preservation Commission Schedule Shift For 2020 Through 2021

The shift will accommodate staffing changes due to the 2020-2021 budget being affected by the economic impact of COVID-19.

The Zoning Board of Appeals and the Historic Preservation Commission schedules will shift to accommodate staffing changes due to changes in the 2020-2021 budget due to the economic impact of COVID-19.

Beginning in January 2021, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will meet quarterly on the second Thursday of the month. The ZBA may meet in November and December 2020 if the commission receives a request for a variance or an appeal within that time frame. The first ZBA meeting on the reduced schedule will take place on January 14, 2021.

The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) will meet quarterly on the fourth Wednesday of the month following the regularly scheduled meeting on October 28th. After the October meeting, the next HPC meeting is scheduled on January 27, 2021.
