80-Year-Old Woman Died of Smoke Inhalation: Coroner
The woman may have been dead for as long as a day when she was found.

An 80-year-old woman found dead in her Lockport Township home Saturday evening was killed by smoke inhalation.
Carol Kozack may have been dead for as long as a day when she was discovered in her Redberry Circle residence.
There appears to have been a fire at Kozack’s house that burned itself out, an official said.
The results of toxicology testing are still pending.
