Cruise Nights End Tuesday In Plainfield

The summer fun is nearly over.

PLAINFIELD, IL — You've got one last chance to get your fill of classic cars and crowds in downtown Plainfield. Tuesday is the final Cruise Night of 2019.

Hosted by the Plainfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Cruise Night is from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in downtown Plainfield. The theme is Last Cruise Night/tractor night, sponsored by Webb Chevrolet.

Cruise Nights kicked off June 4.

If you're still looking for outdoor activities to soak up the last of summer, the Plainfield Farmers Market is from noon to 4 p.m. every Sunday through Sept. 15 behind the Plainfield Public Library, 15025 S. Illinois St.

Naperville's Last Fling also starts Aug. 30, featuring carnival rides, food and live music from Better Than Ezra, Libido Funk Circus, Big Head Todd and the Monsters and Vertical Horizon.
